ORLANDO, FLA (July 16, 2010) — Nautique is proud to announce the innovative Sport Nautique 200 to watersports enthusiasts. A superior multi-sport performing boat that is a hardcore ski boat for the family that also transforms to a clean, fun wake for wakeboarders, wakesurfers and wakeskaters.

The Sport Nautique 200 was built from the water up, starting with the exclusive Optimal Surface Control (OSC) hull. It’s the same hull technology used on our Ski Nautique 200, allowing the Sport 200 to ski like a tournament boat and also have a nice rampy wake for wakeboarding and a long open face wave for wakesurfing. The Sport 200 is configured with a v-drive engine, a new walk-thru rear deck design and wrap-around seating to maximize space and comfort for up to 10 people. Access the rear trunk storage thru the innovative cockpit rear seat that folds away allowing easy access to all your watersports gear.

The 200 features a built-in 40 quart cooler, asymmetric dash design, and an optional center pylon and tournament seat. In addition, the Team Edition features the Nautique LINC System with Zero-Off GPS Speed Control, FCT tower, nearly 740 pounds of ballast, swivel wakeboard and wakesurf racks and much more.

ORLANDO, FLA (July 13, 2010) — Team Nautique skier Clementine Lucine set a new Trick World Record with 9,100 points behind the Ski Nautique this past weekend. The record was set at the Trofeo Sergio Zanardi Open located in Recetto, Italy and is pending approval from the International Waterski and Wakeboard Federation (IWWF).

“I’m very excited about how great I skied this past weekend!” commented Team Nautique skier Clementine Lucine. “It was an amazing feeling and I want to thank Nautique for their support. They build the most innovative ski boats that play a key part in my daily training,” Lucine added.

ORLANDO, FLA (June 27, 2010) — Today, the International Waterski and Wakeboard Federation (IWWF) announced that they have approved the new Slalom World Record set by Team Nautique skier Chris Parrish behind the revolutionary new Ski Nautique 200.

Parrish participated in a record capable tournament at the Ski Ranch in Covington, Louisiana June 12th - 13th where he set a new Slalom World Record, 2@43-off. Parrish also became the first slalom skier ever to tie the previous World Record, which he held, twice in one day behind the Ski Nautique 200!

“This is the best feeling in the world! I’ve trained so hard for this record and could not have done this with out the support of Nautique and their extraordinary new Ski Nautique 200,” commented Team Nautique skier, Chris Parrish. “The 200 is the best boat out there hands down with the softness of the wake and lack of spray allowing me more visibility going through the course,” added Parrish.

ORLANDO, FLA (June 14, 2010) — Team Nautique skier Chris Parrish set a new Slalom World Record at 2@43-off behind the Ski Nautique 200 yesterday. The record was set at a tournament held at the Ski Ranch in Covington, Louisiana and is pending approval from the International Waterski and Wakeboard Federation (IWWF).

While Parrish was qualifying on Saturday, he became the first slalom skier ever to tie the current World Record, which he held, twice in one day! Following this great accomplishment, Parrish went all out to set a new World Record behind the Ski Nautique 200!

ORLANDO, FLA (June 9, 2010) — Nautique and Marine University are partnering to offer Nautique dealers a standardized safety training program, resulting in dealer certification, with Hands-on Boating Safety Education.

The Marine University’s Boating Safety Education Program is funded through the U.S. Coast Guard and provides participating Nautique dealers with safety certification training. The certification will allow participating Nautique dealers to offer Coast Guard approved boating safety education at their locations. This will provide the dealers’ customers, plus their local communities, the opportunity to participate in Boater101 safety classes.
