PlanetNautique Mobile App

Some of you had requested that I create a PlanetNautique Mobile App. Well, I have done that, kind of.

There is an app available in the App Store called Tapatalk. This app allows you to access certain forums that have been configured to use their software. I have set this up on PlanetNautique, and it seems to work great on my iPhone.

There are two versions of the Tapatalk app. One is free, and only allows you to read posts, see thumbnail pictures, etc. via the iPhone.

The paid version of the app allows FULL interaction with PN via the iPhone, and it works well. The cost of the app is $2.99.

To try it, just go to the App Store via your iPhone and search for Tapatalk. Install the app on your phone. Then just search for PlanetNautique from within the Tapatalk app. Once you find it, it will be stored in your Favorites, so whenever you open Tapatalk, it'll be right there.

EDIT: I have also just enabled PlanetNautique for use with the Forum Runner app for both iOS and Android devices!

i like it. it displays the thread content without all the long signatures and distracting emoticons. no advertising though, so if everybody used this then it would be bad for the site.
