INTRODUCTION

PlanetNautique.com is operated by a Nautique enthusiast who funds the site out of pocket.  The operators of PlanetNautique.com have no affiliation with Correct Craft.

 

The purpose of the site is to provide a place where Correct Craft enthusiasts and any other boating and water sports enthusiasts can share ideas and knowledge, help each other, give advice, buy and sell (non-commercially) and in general promote the water sports industry and water sports boat industry.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Use of this site signifies your agreement with the following terms of use. If you do not agree with any of these terms of use, please do not use this site. PlanetNautique.com (the “Operator”) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms of Use at any time and you agree to be bound by such modifications through your use of the PlanetNautique.com.

TRADEMARKS, COPYRIGHTS & RESTRICTIONS

All materials on this site, including, but not limited to, images, illustrations, audio clips, video clips (the "Materials") are protected by copyrights which are owned or licensed by the Operator. PlanetNautique.com is a trademark of the Operator. You may not reproduce, perform, create derivative works from, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way whatsoever any Materials from PlanetNautique.com or any other web site owned or operated by the Operator without the prior written permission of the Operator. However, you may download or make one copy of the Materials, and other downloadable items displayed on the site, for personal non-commercial home use only, provided all copyright and other notices contained in the Materials are left intact. Any modification of the Materials, or any portion thereof, or use of the Materials for any other purpose constitutes an infringement of the Operator’s copyrights and other proprietary rights.

POSTING GUIDELINES, FORUMS & GALLERIES

CORRECT CRAFT DEALERS AND OTHER BUSINESS OWNERS may not list boats or other items for sale without first contacting a site administrator. Generally speaking, we do not allow dealers or other business owners to list boats for sale or offer services on PlanetNautique unless they are a paying site sponsor. We recognize that you post to our bulletin boards, personal messaging, forums, and galleries (the “Forums”) to contribute to PlanetNautique.com community. Without everyone’s contributions, the community would not be viable. Even so, the Operator must protect itself and ensure it is operating within applicable laws. The intent of the Operator is to preserve its rights to operate the service and preserve your rights to the content you submit to our Forums.

By communicating Materials to the Operator’s Forums, you are granting the Operator a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, unrestricted, worldwide license to publish, transmit, perform and display the Materials for the purpose of operating the site, including, but not limited to advertising and promoting PlanetNautique.com. You also warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the Materials you submit and that such use will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party. The Operator is not responsible for any Materials posted on the Forums. You agree not to upload, transmit, distribute or otherwise publish in these or any other Forums connected with the Operator any Materials which:

There will be no nudity or content that is sexual in nature allowed. We realize that bikinis & boats go together, but there is a line that can be crossed so please use common sense in this matter. We want this to remain a family-friendly site that is safe for viewers of all ages. This applies not only to images posted in threads & the galleries, but to avatars as well. When you post an image or upload an avatar, ask yourself if it's something that's appropriate for a child to view.

Please stay on topic. Posts that are blatantly off topic from the original thread's subject could be subject to deletion or moved to another forum without warning.

Posting by an individual under more than one ID is not allowed. Official Site Sponsors may have one ID to use as the business, and one ID to use for personal use if desired.

Retailers & Vendors - This site is for the enjoyment of our members. Please do not use it for advertising products or other websites. If you have a service or product that you feel our members may benefit from, please contact the moderating team prior to posting. 

 

Please do not post direct contact information for anyone at Correct Craft, Inc. without express written permission from the individual.

Failure to comply with the above guidelines will be subject to the following actions:

·      First offense: Contact by a moderator.

·      Second offense: Official warning by a moderator.

·      Third offense: Member will be banned from the site.

In addition, if any member becomes a disruptive influence to the site, the moderator may bypass the above 3 actions & ban that member. No one person is bigger than the community.

The Operator does not and cannot review or monitor every posting made on this web site and on the Forums, and is not responsible as such for the content of such postings. However, the Operator reserves the right at all times to disclose any information necessary in its sole discretion to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or remove any information or Materials, in whole or in part, that in the Operator’s sole discretion are objectionable or in violation of these terms and conditions.

TERMINATION

JURISDICTION

This site is controlled by the Operator from the Operator’s headquarters in Locust Grove, Virginia. The Operator does not represent or warrant that Materials on the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you choose to access this site from other locations, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all local laws.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, as it is applied to agreements entered into and performed within that State. Any action brought to enforce this agreement or matters related to the site shall be brought in either the State or Federal Courts of Virginia.
