I recently purchased a pair of Evid 6.2 speakers thinking that I wanted to have tower speakers, but I don't think I want to mess with tower speakers now. I purchased these speakers used and gave them a paint job. I re-painted the housings black and then custom painted the grilles with the "AIR" logos. There are some slight variations in the paint, but you cannot notice them at all unless you are right next to them. There are also a few small indentions on the grilles, but again, you cannot see them unless you are right next to the speakers.
I have hooked these speakers up and they both work. If you do some research on wakeworld.com and this site, you will notice that these speakers are probably the best bang for your buck speakers out there. Please note that clamps are NOT INCLUDED with these speakers. You can purchase a pair of clamps off ebay for less than $50 shipped.
I am asking $250 OBO for the pair of speakers. For $300, you could have a sweet sounding system. I can accept paypal, check or money order. Please let me know if you have any questions. jwaterson14@hotmail.com.
