amp setup looks very sick. how water tight is it?

It is well protected from the top by the side cushions. It has spacers to release the heat but have never had any problems with water and with a bunch of kids on the boat wakeboarding, believe me, it has had some water thrown at it. It is mounted on the drivers side directly behind my seat.
