      I'm asked if I'm selling it because of gas milage, so . . . no, I want a 230.
It gets better gas mileage than the 330 hp when you put 1200 pounds or more in it. I know this because my buddy that
I trade rides with has a 02 and we had to fill up his more.
(and sorry about the "thank you" up above, my computer tricked me)

My 2001 "Python" SAN, uses less fuel than my buddies 2001 "GT40" SAN with the same amount of ballast weight. 1200 pounds of sand with 400 pounds of stock ballast.

I have had 1200 pounds of lead, 1000 pounds of sacks, and 6 people on top of factory
ballast and with all that, not only does it jump up on plane but the wake is above the knee . . . beautiful.

off topic but isnt it a pain to remove 1200lbs lead for service?

Grind300 - No, they are dumbells, so I just pass them to
a buddy on the dock and doing it a couple times a year isn't bad.

                  Saceone - Thanks!

                  And, new price $40,000.

Gorgeous boat but to rich for my blood. Pythons are few and far between for sell though I haven't seen any for sell besides this one.

I believe that was the dealer cost for the upgrade when they were available. Worth every penny.

I am not so sure some of the stuff listed in the NADA report are on this boat, either.

In 2005 I paid $31500 for my Python boat. 135 hours. I would not sell it for that today. No chance. I am not sure I could be convinced to.

It dosen't have tower lights, tower speakers and the shower - but it has a heater
                              and jump seat.
Iam also working on transom lights and upgrading the stereo.
I will definetly miss the 8.1 if it goes.
