RE: 1998 Ski Nautique FOR SALE

NW Ohio... I am starting to advance in the course a bit, and am looking at upgrading a couple years to a Nautique with perfect pass. Maybe an open bow. But, something definitely with speed control.

          Why not just install PP?

I would keep your 98 or buy my 08. Put SG in your 98 or buy my 08 with ZO.

Okay, make that 3 98's and 2 99's I've seen now with the silver cloud top stripe over red. Beautiful boat. I agree with M3fan; install speed control and keep it. The slalom wake differences among the three generations of TSC hulls are there, but it takes a fair amount of effort to notice.

If you want Zero Off, then like Mark said, his 08 is a good option.

If you want an open bow, that's a whole 'nother discussion.

That's a beutiful boat you have there. I have one that looks pretty similar.

              Let's see some more pictures!

Sorry Mark it has to be red. I thought about installing PP in my boat, and that is still and option. However, I did find a red "N Stripe" boat for sale that I fell in love with, and I just thought I would throw mine out there and see what happens. Where do I buy a perfect pass system, and is it a pain the butt to install?

Lots of outlets for PP like Schnitz or Skidim. I am sure someone on here or one of the sponsers of the site have a connection.
I have not installed a system, but it is not that big of a project if you have some know how.

In the interest of letting fellow CC owners explore all avenues to a good deal on Perfect Pass, I will suggest that in addition to the PP dealers Mark mentioned that you also give Mike at MC of Charlotte a call, tell him I referred you (I don't get any kickback for the referral) and ask him what the best price he can quote you for Perfect Pass is. Both with Digital Pro and my SG upgrade, his price beat all by a pretty fair amount. I know it's odd mentioning a MC dealer on a CC site, but it was a very good deal.

There's a boat buyer after my own heart. I passed up so many great looking, non-red boats.

Not really Doug. We don't get panties all wadded up when someone brings up the competition. You can even post pictures of a MC on this site, the owner has done it himself!

Yeah, but with site sponsorship by people who may sell that product, I'd just hate to step on someone's toes without telling them I'm stepping on their toes first.

Point well taken though. I never liked that aspect of the MC site, especially when I was playing mod/cop over there. Side story, I was the first person in the history of that place to have a thread deleted. I had just skied behind a 2004 SN and was singing its praises. I may be the reason for that rule. It just made me want to go investigate the SN more!
