I am pretty sure you are speaking of the trailer. It is a Ramlin trailer and has the standard V nose that catches the boat and a turnbuckle to tie it down. I am pretty sure that is standard on Ramlin trailers. That part is removed when the swingaway tongue is folded. He took it off for the pictures but everything is there. It also fits in the garage easier with the tongue folded.
