    196 Trailer

I have an '07 Eagle trailer that I'm thinking of selling to buy a tandem. It has the swing tongue, disk brakes, etc., and is in excellent shape. I'm wondering if anyone knows what one of these would be worth?

bunk style w/checkerplate steps and disc brakes is about $4500 new. My 07 Ramlin drum brake wishbone w/wood step was 3999.

I've thought about selling it and figured I'd have to eat $1000.

Would be interesting to see what Eagle would charge to add an axle, you could also check with Watercraft on an upgrade w/trade-in. My 05' tandem Eagle was only a few hundred more then a single, IIRC trailer was in the low 4's?

Looks like you have a bow stop instead of the crash pads, which is how mine is, not a big fan of it, if my boat is tight to the stop when launching the rub rail hits the bow stop bad not to mention it also tears up the pin tip. As a result I never bring the boat tight to the stop now. Watercraft talked me into the bow stop, never again!

BTW, is your trailer Red? Almost looks Crush Orange on my monitor.

          Quinner,
Good thought on a trade. I think I'll give Ryan a call to see what he can do. The boat and trailer are Patriot Red - my iPhone's camera is crappy! I agree that crush pads are the way to go. I don't bring mine up tight either.

What would you have to have for it?
