Great looking place. I think a Nautique in the dock would help it sale. If I lived in the area, I'd be in. Whoever did the fire pit area did a nice job. Good luck with the sale.

Matt, I used to rent it out, but you can't bring your boat there. Only property owners can have boats there. They must be registered on the lake. I know that would count you out, unless I had mine there of course!

I had my Nautique up there for a few days when I first bought it... People's jaws just dropped when they saw it (and it's a 99). There is a 3-year old X-star on the lake and a decent newer Tige v-drive, but something about my Nautique had people staring in disbelief.

Thanks for the compliment on the firepit. My friend and I did that whole job ourselves over Memorial Day week in 2008. We had no bobcat, backhoe, or anything like that. Just a couple of shovels, a pick axe, a 4-wheel wheelbarrow, a surveyor's tool, and a wet saw... oh and our nearly broken backs.
