I am considering selling my pride and joy 1999 Air Nautique. It is not quite finished (i.e., the final 3 pieces of vinyl are not quite finished being re-upholstered yet), but will be soon. I am also considering adding an automatic ballast system, which I will do if I do not decide to sell (so this would not be included in a sale). However, selling and moving to a v-drive has been on my mind lately since no one in my group skis. As such, I do not enjoy the benefits (other than driveability) of the d-drive version as much as a someone would with multi-sport needs. That said, I love this boat and still think it is one of the best looking boats on the water. I not only get compliments from nautique owners, but even newer MC owners.

Commentary:
This boat has run perfectly for me since the day I bought it 2.5 years ago. The GT40 engine is considered by many to be the best built, most reliable, and smoothest pulling tow boat engine ever made.
This boat has a very good wakeboarding wake at wakeboarding speeds. With no ballast and at skiing speeds, it is also has a very good ski wake. The hull shape of this boat is almost (but not exactly) identical to the Super Air Nautiques (until 2007).
Boat is kept indoors near Cedar Creek, Texas. Serviced approximately every 50 hours.
