about 9.5" wide. The top Rack is about 12" long, the bottom rack is about 17" long and both racks are 5" tall. If this does not make sense let me know.

Where does that usually mount?

I hate to keep answering for fitzee, but typically they are mounted in the existing amp location under the passenger jump seat or gull wing seat. From the factory there is a mounting board installed and glued to the inside of the boat. This is there so you do not screw through the side of the boat. Keep in mind that the wood is not very thick so the screws need to be long enough that they bite good, but not so long that they go through the side of the boat. This is not the only place they can be installed. Given the dimensions of the rack you can be as creative as you want.

Do you have one of these in your boat? I am planning on putting between three and four of the new LD XD amps (I believe that they are 8"x7"x2" or so). Just wondering if youlike the functionality and look before i buy one.

I just picked mine up the other day because I new I was going to be adding another amp and I did not want to hassle with adding an additional mounting board for it. So it seemed like the most logical solution to me. It looks like it vents well and the mounting and material seem to be solid, so I can only make an assumption that it is going to serve my needs.

I will, but it is going to be a week or so. I am ordering my WS set up tomorrow and it should be at the dealer in a few days to be picked up.
