Used Two Outlet Heater by Heatercraft

I just removed the Heater in my 98 Super Sport to slide my sub farther back under the helm and want to get rid of it. I could not use it since I installed the box there anyway. I had replaced the heater box and core in 2008 when I bought the boat ($100). Last year early in the season I added the Y adapter ($40ish) from Skidim that helps you get more heat at idle.

When Removing it from the boat I could not salvage the hoses or a 45 degree elbow so you will have to supply your own 5/8" rubber hose and fitting, however everything else is included. The elbow can be bought at home depot for less than $5.00 and the hose at an automotive shop is really inexpensive. The only other issue is the knob on the switch is missing, but I think that I know where it is. If not Lowes or Homedepot have generic knobs for just a few bucks.

I will try and take some pictures of it tomorrow. Its at my lake house and I will not be going there until then. I am asking $125 plus shipping. Thanks.

Here are the pictures. I could not find the knob for the switch. Everything is there except the Switch and heater hoses.

Brad, just in case you don't want to sell and wish you could still use it, I made a custom piece for the vents on mine that fits on top of my dual 12" sub box. Worked great the last few weeks. Now I just need to rewire something so that my perfect pass doesn't flake out when I use the heater. I know there is a post somewhere about the wire gauge being too low on the PP and needing to be upgraded.

Note, in actual application, the custom piece sits further back on the sub than in the attached pic. I used "L" brackets to secure it to the sub.

Pending sale PDXCC. Thanks for all the interest. I will let you know if the deal falls through.

              Chexi,

I really never used it so the space is welcome.
