    sale pending to me.

Don't get your family's heart set on this boat. Dave agrees to a price and I get all documents and contracts set up, and then bam rips your heart and says he cannot let it go for the agreed price.

I am truly sorry. This boat has always meant a lot to me and I made a hasty decision and then panicked. There is some separation anxiety involved and I cannot let it go for less than I feel it is worth. I apologize to you and your family. If I could do it again I would.

$42500 is still a fair price IMO.

as people have told me, you might find a buyer for your boat at that price, but it's easy to find one much cheaper. granted you have a very limited graphic which could help, but don't let nostalgia hold your price. to me it sounds like a good starting point, but will have to come down. just an opinion.

As a recent buyer of an 05 210 SANTE, and someone who shopped these boats pretty relentlessly, I will respectfully agree with the post above, regarding $42.5K as a place to start negotiations, and honestly IMO a high starting point at that.

There are folks "looking to sell", and there are folks that ARE selling, you see this in spades in the housing market. Nothing worse than having your property listed for a prolonged period of time with little or no action on it.

I might suggest trying to recoup some of your investment in those wheels and some of your water toys, and hopefully some of the loot you get from that will help with some flexibility on price of the boat itself. And if you can't get the price you are looking for at that point, then keep it and enjoy yourself.
