Does anyone know if this would work with the old 351W or is only for the 5.7 liter? I know i would have to change the pulley to the older style if I were to do this, but I just put in a stereo in our 1985 and want to make sure my battery and everything stays charged to its fullest and quicker. I am not too familiar with alternators.
I know when i bought my pickup truck duramax diesel had an option for 2 alternators at 125amps each or 1 160amp alternator. so mine came with the 2 just incase I had to add more electronic stuff, 5th wheel camper or something in the future if i wanted.1985 Ski Nautique 2001(Restored all Composite no wood)
