2008 196 SE for sale

2008 Nautique 196 SE. VERY nice condition and drives extremely well. Was used in a tournament this past weekend and the AWSA driver's committee chairman and the driver who pulled Parrish's current World Record both said it's one of the very best driving boats they've been in. Heater, cover, clarion stereo CD, Polk speakers(driver's speaker is mounted behind throttle not hidden in footwell like they come stock), Ameritex Nautique labeled bimini with front support poles, Zero Off Q101, jump switch wiring(jump switch does not come with the boat), and Excalibur 343. I will leave the weights that are attached under the bow so it drives just as it does now. 350hrs. Oil changed every 50. Prestige single axel trailer with LED lighting(including tops of guide poles), diamond plate steps, and swing tongue. Will be available after 7/25. $32,000. I'd love to keep it but we have a club 200 coming in August and there's no real reason to have it also.

Nice pics. I noticed the speaker by the driver is in the panel to driver's right. On my 06 206, the speaker is in the driver's kick panel which is inaudible. Is that typical of 196's or a late model fix?

Yep, I always hated these boats with the driver speaker in the kick panel under the dash. Since it didn't have the stereo when I bought it from MS, I put it where I felt it should go. The sound is MUCH more balanced with it in this position.

...........not! I've barely got time to breath these days. I did boat Thursday evening with my son and Saturday from 11 to 4 with my daughter. Life is good and my 206 ran like a dream.

One project is to pull out that same kick panel and find the plug for my used timer I bought from somebody on this site. I've never put it in. Maybe I'll do it later this month and you can come out to LoK and show me how to use it. LoK has magnets only one side so a pita to move the timer I guess. I've never actually pulled a real slolam skier...only rec skiers ziggin and zaggin.

Threadjack cancelled - someone please buy Shane's boat. I'd love to have it plus an older 210. Can't do it right now though.

This boat rocks

I skied behind it again last weekend. It looks and skis just as good as when I sold it to Shane. The boat could sit on a showroom floor and be sold as new.

It skis good! Has pulled 3 at 41off at 36mph and 2 at 41off at 34mph 3 times in the last month.
