im not sure what shipping would be. probably around 200-250 depending on location. they are actually very easy to use. it takes some practice to get good at driving, but not much. it'll deep water start someone about 210lbs, but slide start anyone. has a comet torq converter, not sure what tooth, but has a 58t sprocket, and socket adjustable engine mount for chain tension(#35), has some of the most beautiful welds ever, and you can change the pull characteristic by adjust the inner diameter of the spool from 4,6,or 8 inches. it's great if you want to explore crazy spots, build pools and rails, etc. you can pull a pin from the spool/axle to warm up the engine or walk the rope out. most fuel efficient pull in the wakeboard/wakeskate world. with the spool at 6" it tops out around 24ish, but if you go to 8" it will be a little faster, or 4" a little slower with more torque. smoothest pull is 8", but 6" works great.
