I have a pair of titan spinner board racks that appear brand new. No signs of usage but the bolts look like they have been screwed in before, maybe for testing? Anyways trading boat in, and the dealer isn't going to give me any more or less with or without them. I put them on my FCT 2 just to make sure they fitted, and they do! Hoping to get $700 plus shipping???
