I used it in the ski locker. My 2001 wasn't equipped with a center tank. Maybe someone with an '04 can answer?

You could measure, the dimensions of the bag are 10x16x62.

I'll get in the boat this weekend and see what the deal is. I really want to have a sac under the floor in addition to the hard tank (kind of as a reserve or when we're light on people). It's been hard to get a clear idea of whether this is possible.
