So what do you think is holding this boat back? Location?

I'm actually half heartedly shopping for a boat like this. Canada is way to far for me. I am looking at boats probably at the very top of what I can afford, so I am watching the prices carefully. With the conversion to candian dollars I think it's a lttle higher than what i'm seeing in my searches.

It is a beautiful boat! I wish I could express interest in buying it, but between those two factors. I can't really.
