2000 Ski Nautique 196

I hate to do it but my wife says time for a bigger boat with the family growing. Year 2000 Ski Nautique 196, has roughly 400 hrs, still using on weekends (Previous owner changed out eletronic gauges around 200 hrs and current meter reads 172 hrs.). Inside and out are clean and look good. I get compliments regulary and the wake is near perfect. Oil changed regulary and new impeller, plugs, fuel pump, trailer tires and wiring, battery at beginning of this summer. Garage kept unless it is in the water. What Engine is in it?

It has the GT 40, but looks like its sold as of today.
