              ditto.
Not trying to "diss" anyones posting, but I'm a buyer and that seems reasonable to me. Looking at ebay actual sales, and talking to lots of buyer AND sellers 32k is a strong offer if its a buyer with cash ready to go, better than mine..

I'm not in the market for a boat, but I keep current on pricing. $32K seems low for a v drive. Personally I wouldn't sell it for less then $35.5K.

I base the $35.5K on it being in excellent condition. Meaning near prefect interior and gel coat.

A new 210 is going to run you into the upper $70's low 80's (buy pricing). Consider what the person paid 6 or 7 years ago, (high 50's ish)

Market is different in Canada as well, I have an almost identical '05 with 230hrs and I'm pretty sure I could sell it around 43k-44k up here.

I agree the market is different in Canada. You will get $40's for that boat. But he is also trying to sell it in the US. Canada taxes the **** out of things when you cross the boarder. I had a person who was interested in buying my boat, but when he did the math to drive it in, wow. Plus there was an identical boat already in Canada he purchased. I guess the tax situation is different if the boat is there.

Not my boat, just one I've kept my eye on. If they are asking $34k at a dealer, $32k private party seems pretty fair.

This is a nice ride. A "Team Edition" with just 246 hours. Keyless ignition, fancy stereo by clarion, tower with speakers, triple ballast, single axle trailer, the works! Call us for more information. Great boat!!

Consignment sales are where the dealer does the leg work and paperwork for a fee to sell someone else's boat, this is essentially a private party sale, ask the dealer if they are going to warranty it and whose name is on the title - it's not the dealers boat.

I personally think the link above should be removed from this post because it hijacking it. If you want to discuss the price and comps I think it's only fair to the seller to do that offline/privately. 32,000 IMHO is low for this boat as it doesn't take into consideration the condition and the fact that it has a nice dual axle trailer which will run you atleast $4,500 new.

I live in Canada and generally agree that there are alot of higher asking prices and generally higher prices on boats in general.
Last boat i bought was from US and went through the hoops of bringing it in, a bit of a pain but not too bad.

There are alot of people ASKING high prices for these boats, no hurt in asking, but in reality if you look at where trades are getting done they are ALOT lower.
Looked at a "similar" 210 locally (ie Canada) and it was 28k - but was the supersport so no ballast or PP. Really though I'd upgrade those 2 anyways - rip out the hard tanks and put in better pumps and put in stargazer.
Incidentely - that 05 210 didnt sell all of last year - he started in spring at mid/high 30s then lowered it to 32 in the fall. He'll likely get 28k in spring, so if you dont mind waiting a year...

I guess thats what makes the market - some buyers are prepared to pay more, some sellers prepared to take less.

My thoughts are sometimes it takes awhile to find what youre looking for then its dependant on the seller being in the "right" place too. Alot of variables to get a deal done

The boat is still for sale, but 32K quite low. You have to consider that the boat is in MINT condition, it is a team edition, it has super low hours, and it throws one of the best wakes out there. And yes, the market is different in Canada.

I live in BC, and buyers up here are pathetic they all want perfection at half the price!! Honestly if you want to sell something quickly here its gotta be cheaper than what there asking nearby us states, ie seattle, portland. That being said your boat is worth 35k all day long!! sick colors, low hours, mint condition, and FYI i sell alot of boats and at the end of 2010 season i sold my 05 san 210 limited (full load), mint, 400hrs, for 35k, it took about a month to go. keep in mind for 35k there aint no other boat that can "replace" what that boat does, period.
