    2006 sante 220 - pristine

    Hello all,

I am looking to sell our 2006 Super Air Nautique 220 Team Edition. I bought this boat from my best friend in August 2011. He is the original owner. He never used it. It has 65 hours on it and is SPOTLESS. He put 2 dealer services through it and I put another one through it when I bought it. It has two brand new batteries. The original Bimini top had a slight rip in it when I bought it so he bought a new top for it. I haven't even installed it yet so you get essentially a brand new Bimini. It was garage kept the entire time he owned it. I recently replaced the tower speakers with Samson Sports removeable speakers, Samson Sports fold away/removeable mirror and Samson Sports board racks that will accommodate 4 wakeboards or 2 surfers and 2 wakeboards. Also, I hated the 2006 graphics so I updated them to the sweet drip molded graphics shown. Paint is spotless. Boat is spotless. Get a brand new boat at used price.

I have never sold anything of this magnitude over the forums so please let me know if you have any questions etc.

Here are a couple quick pictures, I will post more as soon as I take them.

I am only selling because we are buying a new house without a place to store the boat(and I need the money for the new house).

I am asking $47k OBRO. I can also include two brand new 2011 wakeboards(Mens & Womens).

    Thanks!

Oh man....I think I'm in love.

Can you describe the ballast and other technical features?

All, seeing AirTool reply to this thread reminded that we had a little ding on the boat(i honestly had completely forgotten about it) The wife bumped the back of the boat in to the dock. It put a little ding in the rub rail and a little hairline fracture in the glass where the "top" and "bottom" of the boat "come together" I had my local fiberglass guy check and tell me that it would be a waste to try to do anything to it because it is completely cosmetic and being where it is almost impossible to do anything about. Here is a picture.

Ok, here are the pictures. You can see the ding in the rub rail and if you REMOVE the rub rail you can see the cracks underneath it. When the rub rail is on you can even tell. These types of "cracks" are probably all along people boats from any time they bump the rub rail on something because it is the part of the fiberglass that is actually an "overlap". Anyways, full disclosure.

              Ok, more details:

950 Lbs of ballast - two rear and one belly. Three ballast pumps - Jabsco Ballast Buddy. I replaced all three impellers with brand new "green" ones.
Samson Sports NEW MODEL SMT65 Tower Speakers. These are the awesomeones with quick release connection. It takes about 10 seconds to remove the speaker completely and store in the neoprene sleeve. Then 10 more seconds to put back on.
Samson Sports Removeable mirror. Take the mirror off for towing and put it on when you get to the lake. Fold it down quickly when pulling in to the dock for visibility.
Brand new set of Typhoon Board racks from Samson sports.
Polk Audio Sound system and sub woofer
I also bought the piggy back ballast system from Wakemakers. Simply disconnect the overflow tube from the side of the boat, connect it to the bottom of the new ballast bag, then connect the top of hte new ballast bag to the overflow port on the boat. Now your stock ballast pumps will fill both the hard tanks and the ballast bag. The stock pumps will also drain them. The systems from Wakemakers is STILL IN THE BOX UNTOUCHED.

What else can I tell you?

              Thanks!

                I'm in love as well!
I would really love an '06-'08 super air 220 and yours looks great.
If I could sell my '05 210 quickly I would get this boat but I'll try and be reasonnable and keep my boat for a few years.

With 65 hours on it that thing is just broken in, you should post interior pics.

                Good luck!

Point me to a pic of your 210.

I need to check my lake rules for length limit. I think they were lowered last year.

Ditto request for interior pics and pic of dash and engine - shoppers passing through will appreciate.
