20k for that is more than fair...IMHO 25k might not be a stretch as a starting point based on what I have seen.

that thing should fly out the door. i love those old graphics, kind of throwback. IMO, the '99 is a better all-around boat until you get to the thinner gunwhales of the '03. and 540 hours is nothing. the '99s don't have those crappy teleflex guages either.
