Well, it is with a heavy heart that I post this today. We have decided to sell. I don't have a crew to ride with and my only driver I trust with my boat is my wife. She can't really do that and watch out two kids, both 2 or under, so we are going to let it go and come back when the kids are a few years older. Anyway, on to the details.
2002 SANTE
- Excalibur 330
- Full Ballast
- Nice Stereo (2 amps, sub, tower speakers)
- Perfect Pass
- Shower
- Heater (core is removed right now, but could be put back in)
- Bimini
- Keyless ignition
- Docking lights
- Upgraded Prop (and spare prop)
- Tandem trailer with surge brakes
- Had a light bar on the tower that I took off. I still have it and will go with boat.
The number one reason I bought this boat was the unique color combo with the matching deck color. I have never seen another like it. I know some guys will consider driving very long distances for the right boat, so I am going to be completly honest and try to describe any flaws. There are some chips in the gel near the bow and then a few near the transom. I bought the color matching gel from Nautiqueparts.com to fix, but have not got around to it yet. The rear seats seams have come apart. I wanted to replace them, but the wife said let it ride, especially seeing we had little ones on the boat walking on the seats. The digital gauges don't work, of course, so unless you hook it up to a computer, there is no way to prove the hours to you (at least not that I am aware of), but based on what the previous owner told me and my use, I think round 700. Water temp gauge and depth gauge work, but are way off. One of the sending units for the wedge tanks doesn't work, so gauge reads empty all the time. Like I said, I am being honest here, so probably not the best salesman, but theres nothing worse than driving even a few hours to see a boat that is in "excellent" condition and be disapointed. All these problems can be fixed for around $500-$1000, I think. Trailer needs new tires if towing long distance. I only ever go about 2 miles, but bearings have been kept up. I serviced the engine, trans, and vdrive last fall and new impeller this spring. Boat sits on a covered lift all summer and in a garage all winter. It is on the lift now and ready for a test drive. I am asking $31,000 for it obo. Located in 49341 zip code.
Thanks, Adam
