1997 Sport Nautique with 351 GT40

Up for sale is my 1997 Correct Craft Sport Nautique with a 351 Ford GT-40 motor and roughly 165 hours. This boat has had a top to bottom restoration on it and is in near perfect condition. I purchased this boat in July of 2012 from the second owner who was a Nautique dealer in Winter Haven, FL. He sold the boat through his dealership to the original owners and he bought it back as a restoration project in 2005 and never got around to working on it, never finished it and it did not see water during that time. This boat has been under cover storage and garage kept its entire life. Fresh water use ONLY. This is a list of work and things that were done:
Motor:
New high pressure fuel pump
New Fuel filter, Oil Change, Transmission fluid change, plugs, rotor and cap
Rebuilt Alternator
New Impeller
New Bilge pumps
New Fuel Injectors
New Water Strainer
New Belts
Optima Blue Top Battery

Outside:
All new decals
Pop up Cleats
Pop up Bow Light
New Transom Cups
Teak Swim Platform Refinished (cleaned and oiled with Teak Oil)
New Rub Rail with stainless end caps

Inside:
Completely new interior
Brand new dash, gauges, breakers, switches, steering wheel, ignition, everything is new (includes all new wiring)
Brand new Kenwood Marine Radio and Speakers (includes all new wiring)
New Steering Cable
New Throttle Cable

Ramlin Trailer:
Completely repainted in Bedliner Paint
New wood for steps with new carpet and new carpet on bunks
All new wiring and LED lights
New Coupler and brake lines
New Nautique Guide Pads

Is the hour meter broken? It shows 0000 in the photo?

It's a new hours meter. All gauges, dash console, everything is new. When I purchased boat from PO it was completely taken apart. When he purchased it and took everything apart it had 149. It sat in storage from 2005 until I bought it in July of 2012. Between water test, going through motor and use this season it's at about 165. Water test usually only lasted about 30 minutes so each time I went out I counted it as an hour. No, I do not have original hours meter.
