I have a Perfect Pass software upgrade chip with the 6.5N Version (the latest version). The cost of the chip is $65.00 at Perfect Pass, plus delivery in the US (around $13.00 depending on your location). If anyone is interested, I am selling it for $45.00 plus shipping (you can pick the shipping type). It comes in its original packing with all of the instructions.
You will need a chip extractor for the replacement. You can get this at Radio Shack, they run about $10.00.
