I'm considering putting my 2000 Yellow Super Air on the market. Wife is pregnant with our second child and I see limited lake time in my future...at least for a couple of years. Mainly I don't want to let the boat sit in a garage and not get used. All that being said, is NADA the best place to get boat values? How would one go about taking that value and then including all of the accessories (Tower bimini, Cover Sports cover, additional sacks, Johnson pumps, etc)? Appreciate any input.

NADA sucks for boats. Go on only inboards and ski-it-again and find like priced boats. Also check CL for your area. Boat pricing is market driven and will vary from area to area. You are coming into the best months to sell so now is the time. I did the same thing with our '97 Supersport a couple years ago when we had our daughter. I don't regret the decision. You can always get another. IMO sell the cover and other high dollar add-ons separately to maximize your return. They unfortunately won't add much value to the sell price of the boat. DesertWake - More than likely selling. The boat is current at our ranch in a warehouse for winter storage. I'm picking it up Easter weekend and bringing it to Dallas. Will need to have it de-winterized and cleaned up. I'll snap some pictures when I get it back to Dallas.TexasAg01 - Paul

NADA is only good for the bank. They will only give a person needing to take a loan the value NADA says. That being said, most boats are being sold on the market for over NADA. Used boats are easily sold over NADA. Do like stated above and look around at other comparables, that will give you the best price to put on your boat.
