RE: 2003 Super Air Team Edition

This is just an opinion, I have owned a 2001 and a 2003

2001's were nice but had sloped transoms
2002's had the new hull and graffics but still had the GT-40 and the old dash
2003's All new interior and dash, 330 Excalibur, rear hatches are on actuators, pop up Anchor light, and still has the nice clean AIR logo on the side
2004's No more actuators, funky tower, lost the nice AIR logo
2005's Similar to 2003, except has nice big handles on the sunpad to hit your knees on, and has the ugly AIR Sticker.
2006's just like 05 but with the new tower(verdict still out)

All I was saying was that if you wanted the cleanest most tricked out, best looking SANTE, '03 is way to go. its identical to the 05's and '06s but with the nice actuators and the clean classic AIR logo.

Oh yea, the boat comes with a 2005 Boatmate Tandem Axel Trailer with oil bath hubs, disc brakes, and swing tounge.

Also a super nice towable cover that snaps under the rubrail, made of some super durable rubber/canvas material.

I've had a 2003 2004 and 2005. I too would have to say the 2003 was their best so far. The actuators were nice, the ability to have a deck color, which mine did, the tower (mine had a boss tower) The fact you could actually store boards in the back. The Team stereo sucked, but that was easily fixed.

Alan-S, I agree. I don't know all that much about the AIR boats. Also don't forget the black windshield!

Power plant, that is the outlet, about 85-90 degrees year around, the picture is hazy because its steamin'. At the end of the day, we tie the flotilla up there and hang off the back of the boats, there is a nice current too.

way cool. that would be nice after a winter set, take off the dry suit and chill in the hot water.
