I don't have that boat done yet, but as I get a few people requesting it, I will make the covers and contact you. Can you send me a PM with all your contact info on it?
I saw these covers at the Pleasanton Boat Show - I have to say, I was impressd with the material used and the fit. I am seriously considering covering up the seats of my 226. They will definitely serve some protection to the vinyls, from stains, wear and tear.
Hey unclejessie, are you partnering with Mark H on this ?
Boat - 2005 Team 226 -ZR6 - Several Acme Prop's (1234, 644, 1160) Depending on occassion
Tow Rig - 2008 Chevy Silverado - Duramax Diesel - Crew Cab
I would be VERY interested in these if they were available for Super Sport/210/SuperAir's from model year 2001 or so...
I just have to say - this is a brilliant idea. Really. I think a lot of products come out that we don't really "need". Heavy boat users without good covering capacity or habits actually NEED this. It is a phenomenal way to protect the upholstery. I just worry about possible mildew underneath the covers... but I'm sure that is just my own worry. Plus mildew can be cleaned. Dry, sunbleached seats are harder to remedy...
i was wanting to cover my motor hatch and middle rear seat since that is wear the traffic is---it would make me relax more when people are getting in and out
Thanks for the compliments. I really think it is a great idea as well. I hope everyone has your's and my opinion!
The seat covers are not meant to stay on 24-7... they should be removed and dried when the boat is back home or back in storage. Leaving them on for a couple days is fine... just like not drying between the cushions is fine for a few days. Leaving them on permanently or not drying betwen the cushions, will create mildew after days and days.
The 2001 Supoer Air will be done in in a few weeks. I will post again when it is done. Next week we should have the SV-211 complete.
Bullet, we have the center engine deck covered. You can buy individual peices or buy the complete kit. You get more of a discount, however, when you buy the whole kit (20% off).
Just thought I would let all you SV-211 owners know that seat covers for the 211 will be available in about week. I will post again when pricing is up on the website.
