I made this dash plate from lexan and covered it with carbon fiber vinyl in order to have a place to mount my ski locker ballast controls. I made this plate to replace the factory warning plate on the left side of the driver below the steering wheel.
I made another plate this winter that has 4 switches instead of the 3. I thought someone might be interested in it for their boat. Make me a reasonable offer if you would like it. It does not include the switches or the auxillary plug. Just the plate. I know it fits a 2001 model SAN. Not sure about other years.
The plate has 3 ea 1/2" holes for installing switches or other items. The other hole is 7/8" which is suitable for an auxillary power port. I used the plate used it for about one season and it still looks new. You can get the switches like I have from Wal-mart (if you like those.)
I held the plate in place by using the pressure applied by the auxillary plug mount. It was more than adequate to hold the plate flush to the dash.
E-mail me at jeffroyal@msn.com if you're interested.
