Soundstream TN 5.900D (5)Channel Digital Amplifier

First off there's a Typo in the title. it's a TN5.950. Sorry about that. It's basically brand new. Unboxed it and went with different amp as I reconfigured my layout.
Soundstream Tatantula Nano TN5.950D. Still has warranty and is a nice compact, small chassi class d amp.

Is this a marine amp, and if not, would there be any issues in a marine environment?

It's is not a marine amp. And there is no real issue using non marine amps in boats. Tons of people use them. The only time a non marine amp will have major issues is due to corrosion in a salt water environment.
