2005 SAN 210, thinking of selling

I have a 2005 SAN 210 that I am thinking of selling so I can get a newer 210 that I looked it, but a hard choice. This boat has been dry stored in the summer and in my basement in the winter, it has a little under 490 hrs, yearly maintenance done, tandam wheel trailer with break away tongue . It is pretty much stock and in very good shape other than a little normal wear. Attached are a few pictures that were on my computer let me know if you need any specific and I can get them. I am located in Birmingham, AL and if I sell, looking to get 32k firm. Please let me know if any questions.

Correction, I was out in the boat this weekend and noticed the hrs are around 520.
