What are the mounts/pedestals on the platform?? Same question for the one on the bow?? Maybe the bow is for a burgee??
I see snaps along the stern below the rub rail, assume those are for a cover, if so are there also snaps along the hull sides below the rub rail?

I'm not sure about the mounts, I have never used them but the boat came from the factory like that. As for the snaps, they are around the entire boat for the cover.
