            It was done a few years ago, but i do believe it was done by Delta Propeller. Looks like shipping would be about $25 from me to you in Lakeland, FL. Thanks

              I've been very happy with Delta. I've had them refinish both OJ and ACME and they come back like brand new. Sending you a PM.
