    1987 Ski Nautique

1987 Ski Nautique 2001. Ford 351 engine with 1,400 total hours. Included is a 1989 Correct Craft single axle trailer with a fresh set of tires. These boats are hard to find and even harder to find in this condition. This boat has been basically restored from the stringers up and has a lot of new and recent parts and runs like a champ. The interior vinyl is about 3 years old and is in good condition. I'm asking $9,500.

    New or recently replaced parts:
    Electronic ignition
    Spark Plugs and wires
    Exhaust manifolds
    Exhaust Hoses
    Exhaust Mufflers
2 yrs old Holley 4160 Marine Carb with RV floats
    Steering Cable
    Throttle Cable
    Rebuild throttle control
    Drive shaft
    Drip-less shaft seal
    Marine battery
Joystick tower with 4 tower speakers
    Bow light
1 yr old carpet and trim

The boat is in really good shape for a 30 year old boat. She has a mirror shine but does however have a few nicks and scratches here and there. I had a trailer bolt pull through on the V pad and it damaged a 14" spot near the keel (I have a pic I could send upon request). I had the fiberglass repaired but did not have it gel coated. The other only issue I can think of is I never got around to replacing the wood/carpet on the trailer.

I've owned this boat for almost 20yrs and have made tons of good memories on it! The only reason I'm selling is because I purchased a motorhome and simply don't have the storage room. I'm a motivated seller and will hear all reasonable offers. Click image for larger version Name:	87 1.jpg Views:	1 Size:	71.7 KB ID:	521617

Thanks! These boats are so much fun to own. This boat has served my family well. My son basically grew up on this boat. Hate to see it go.

Opinions on my price point are welcome?

Its a nice boat but I think you are kinda high for a 87 with 1400 hours. I have a 84 Supra comp same as yours new from stringers up . I am hopeing to get 6500 for it that will almost cover materials . Restoring an old boat has to be a labor of love its hard to even break even .

Thanks for the feedback. It's much appreciated. I've seen a few for sale in So.Cal go for 10k. I've only seen 2 for sale in my home state of Washington, 1 being a total rebuild stored under a tree and the other an average conditioned 82' going for 7. I totally hear on the labor of love as I never expected to make a profit restoring the boat.

Anybody else have an opinion on asking price?
