Did mocha over black. Yep, couldn't be happier. Absolutely great not having a floor that gets wet or hot!

What color? Is it the black rubber backing?

It is the oem gray with the black rubber. Again, it was purchased from nautique and is the exact match for oem that came in the boat.

Mine OEM is the one with black rubber backing and it deteriorates over time. Is this the same type?

Yes, it is. Mine lasted about 8 years before it started coming apart too.
