*** SOLD*** Hey folks, this long-time lurker is selling a 2003 Super Air Nautique as I'm in a different place with more kids and looking to get into something a bit bigger.
This is a good boat as is -- you could be surfing or wakeboarding tomorrow -- however someone willing to put in a little time or effort could easily take this boat to the next level. Mechanically, it runs strong. I debadged it and powdercoated the tower black to make it look more modern. Perfect pass, lights, bilge pumps, ballast pumps, radio, all good to go. I replaced the impeller in August. 2 of the trailer tires are brand new.
It's ready to surf -- Check out the linked video below -- I have it tuned for a perfect wave. I plumbed in 850lb fat sacks in each locker in the back and only had to manually fill a 300lb bag in the front for the best wave. (Or make your large friend sit up front.) I'm using the Ronix 8.3 Wakeshaper to avoid having to list the boat and for easy switches between goofy and regular riders

There are a few minor gripes. One of the rear storage bins does not lock -- it opens/stays shut just fine, it's just not locked. If I run all ballast pumps at the same time the dashboard beeps with a voltage warning... but yet it still fills them up. If I turn the radio up full blast the speakers will cut off. (This is likely an OHM issue that needs to be traced.) The ballast pump sometimes runs all the time... (float switch issue most likely.) The RPM gauge doesn't work, and the boat hours shows 0 hours. (the shops can pull the hours off the engine and it showed 722 last pull in September 2017.)
The trailer is in good shape -- boards, tires are good. Front end is a bit rusted, but just an aesthetic issue.
It's been in a covered/dry-docked marina for it's entire life. Well taken care of and has had regular maintenance and winterization.
Send me a note if you are interested. Serious inquiries and cash only. I do not need help selling it... no hurry. I'll ride it until the right person comes along. Clean titles in hand on both trailer and boat.
Send me a note and I'll send a link to more pictures. Located in Austin TX.
