Sport has same 21ft hull as air, super sport and super air. Can make a clean steep wake for wake boarding pretty easy and can ski behind. 196 is more narrow at the base. Good for skiing. Have to add lots of weight to build a wake for wake boarding.

I would like to get an open bow ski boat . Wife has skied the 196 and loved it but CC didn't make a real ski boat with an open bow until the 2009 200 . Still too much to spend for a ski only boat.
