I have a brand new factory cover for a 2013 - 2018 G23 for sale. This cover was only used for three days at the Masters. It has Outer Armor / Commercial Sewing logos as well as PlanetNautique logos on it. It includes the anti-pooling poles as well as the new anti-pooling rope system. I would keep it and use it next year, but it won't fit the 2019 I have on order.
Keep in mind that if you have a 2013 - 2015 G23, the cleat openings on this cover may not line up properly with the cleats on your boat. This cover was made for a 2018 G23. I believe the cleats have been in the same places since 2016. If you won't use this cover while the boat is tied to a dock, this won't matter to you.
