SOLD - Ski Nautique 196- Garage Kept since new- Mint Condition in and out

Mint condition. Covered and kept under roof since new. I am 2nd owner- the original owner is/was a lifelong friend and next door neighbor who bought it new in 1995 where we enjoyed many many days/ years of wakeboarding and lake fun. He is a meticulous individual who kept the boat perfect and didnt even like the hull touching the beach when coming to shore. I am just as meticulous, and have kept this boat perfect since I've owned it for the past 15 years. This boat has lived on Lake Carroll its whole life and hasnt ever been further than the garage and to the gas station on the trailer.
It is sad for me to let this boat go. This is one of the best boats ever made and I know I'll never find another one this clean- the Nautique hull is legendary for wakeboarding, skiing and anything else you want to do. If you think this boat is too small for surfing... think again. This boat surprises everyone that we surf all day long and we didnt buy a $140,000 boat to do it.
Its simplicity, reliability, and size makes this a VERY easy and inexpensive boat to enjoy for a long time. It doesnt have any of the computerized controls-by-wire systems of the new boats- its just a simple PCM 351 Ford Pro Boss engine with Pro-tec ignition and TBI fuel injection. It has rarely been driven over 20 mph and has tons of smooth power. Its a bulletproof engine that will last forever. And even if it didnt, its a VERY cheap and easy motor to work on. You would never know this boat has 1000 hours unless you asked- this boat looks, feels and drives like new. Synthetic Mobil 1 oil and impeller every year is all it takes to keep this in top shape. The upholstery was updated with the only authorized company by Nautique to produce OEM original upholstery- Christines Nautique Skins. It is beautiful white and in perfect condition.
The boat comes with a newly refurbished, original Nautique/ Ramlin single axle trailer with new paint, LED lights and new bunks. It is a folding tongue trailer so it easily fits in the garage. And the teak platform comes off easily if you need more room. I kept this boat covered in my garage since 15 years? or so ago, until we moved onto the lake 2 years ago, and it now lives covered under my boathouse.
Boat comes with brand new Star Gazer GPS Perfect Pass cruise control, Skylon wakeboard tower with Board Racks, Barefoot Boom, Bimini with Bimini storage boot, Full cover (including the teak platform), Clarion marine stereo with 4 Polk speakers, middle jump seat (kept unsnapped and under bow for walk through), all records and Owners Manual.
Boat needs nothing- has a new impeller and fresh oil change. Just turn the key and go.
