I think your correct on needing a trailer made for the excel, the excel is a v-drive and any Nautiuqe trailer will not work, definitely need a trailer for v-drive and with the correct bunk spacing. Best start by measuring bunk spacing and get with a few trailer manufacturers to see about having one made for your boat.
