As Nautique's are built in USA, they come under the NAFTA and there are not federally taxed when bring back across the border. Taxes only come into play with the state you are registering the boat in (like any boat purchase/registration). Those that are in the market for an almost new boat, given the USD to CAD exchange rate right now, this makes it very attractive to American buyers.
