SOLD - 1989 Ski Nautique with New Dimension Tower and PP Stargazer

    NEW Price - $11,900
    Hours - 1190

Many, many upgrades and extras in my 5 years of owning, and it has been lovingly cared for. I have paperwork and records for just about every upgrade done on this boat. Always professionally winterized and stored indoors in winter, kept covered on a lift in the summer, and wiped down after each use. This boat is super clean, has every option you could want for water skiing and wakeboarding, and I am throwing in lots of toys so you could literally hit the lake tomorrow!

    Upgrades:
New Dimension Tower - black powdercoat with tow point light and board racks (professionally installed by NDT in TN)
Custom sunbrella cover (black) with tower leg cutouts by Angola Cavas
Perfect Pass Stargazer GPS speed control
Upgraded ACME 422 4 blade prop (with original 3 blade and prop removal kit as back-up)
2nd deep cycle battery with Blue Sea Add-a-battery system, replaced all battery cables with marine rated and re-wired most of boat with marine grade wire and connectors
Clarion CD/bluetooth stereo with 4 speakers, 2 rockford fosgate 8 inch HLCD tower speakers with Wet Sounds amp and separate tower speaker volume control on dash
Faria depth gauge with water and air temp
12V power outlet installed on dash
Recently installed new alternator, new bilge pump, new raw water impeller, new ignition breaker, and new bilge blower
Trailer is in great shape and is ready to go with new tires 2 years ago (probably less than 300 miles on them), new Fulton jack, and new fresh packed bearings
Interior is in great shape, not perfect but excellent for its age. All vinyl was completely re-done before I bought the boat 5 years ago and has been diligently maintained, 8.5/10
Exterior has a few nicks and dings, normal considering age. No major scratches, gel coat cracks, etc. Could use a good buff and wax, planning to have it done as soon as the local shop is back up and running, and then replace some missing pinstriping once that is complete. Still good condition as is, 8/10.

Included with sale: Multiple life jackets, wakeboard rope, wakeboards, fly high fat sac ballast bags (2x 400lb bags, 2x 250lb bags) with tsunami 1200 gph pump, stereo wired remote (for dash, never installed as we primarily used bluetooth and controlled via phone), extra cooling water impeller, spare belts, anchor and rope, etc.

Ski Nautique 2001 are known for being great all-around boats, and have amazing wakeboard wakes when weighted. 1989 is the best year of the 2001 hull (1982-1989) for several reasons:
    PCM power plus transmission (1.23:1)
AME Epoxy resin - stronger boat
Silent choice muffler - can hear tower speakers very clearly at the end of the wakeboard rope

This is an absolute turn-key boat, a head-turner that needs nothing and is ready to make someone's summer incredible!

I’m a huge fan of the 2001 series, I owned an 87’ for 15 plus years. When I sold mine, I had roughly 1,800 hrs on her and she purred like a kitten. I’d have zero problems buying one of these boats with 1k or above hrs. These boats are awesome! This boat looks to be super clean and well maintained but with all due respect, at nearly 15k asking price, I think you’re way over priced.

Thank you for the feedback! I agree these are amazing boats, and I have very much enjoyed owning this one. There is definitely some room for negotiation in my list price, but I also spent time looking at comps and could not find any this clean with tower and perfect pass out there. With all the extras I am including, I think someone will be getting an excellent boat at a very fair price!
