I will be picking up a new to me boat this weekend and do not need this part of the trailer. The second deck is made for 2 jet skis. Old owner had it customer made in California so he could haul all of the toys. Even told us that he would put quads on top if he was going somewhere his kids could ride the quads. Its all bolt on, he said it could pretty much fit any trailer this size with a little fabrication if it doesn't just bolt on. I added some detailed pictures of it on and off.
The deck doesn't drop down, it stays where it is and has a swivel boom on each side and a winch on each side. He did two just incase one broke. There is also a stage box on top and ladder to the deck. He also made a spot under the deck to store the bimini tops.
Would anyone be interest in this? Its comes apart in a few pieces. I could get exact dims on it this coming weekend. I have no need for it otherwise I would keep it. Its pretty trick.
