I purchased seller's previous boat (2008 SANTE 210). I can speak from my experience; seller is meticulous in caring for and maintaining his boats, keeping detailed maintenance records and sticking to the mfr. recs to the T.

While I am unfamiliar with the particulars on this boat, owner installed a number of convenience features on the boat I purchased I found to be very thoughtful upgrades, stuff like velcro rope keepers in stern lockers, plumbed "fake-a-lake", y-split heater, etc. Message him, he'll tell you if he has performed similar. The common issues on the model I purchased (Gateway, LPFP, digital gauges) he had preemptively replaced. Knowing him, he has cataloged digital copies of manuals/technical specifications for various electrical and mechanical components on the boat he is happy to share with you if you're the sort of person that values exhaustive info/data. Once we had a verbal agreement, he was very straightforward in executing a transaction.

If I were in the market, I would be comfortable/confident purchasing another boat from him knowing he cared for it as well as (if not better than) I would.
