INACTIVE - PCM 40a 1.23:1 ski nautique TRANSMISSION

Selling the 40a transmission out of my 91' ski nautique. Has low hours as seen in last picture, forward and reverse engagement is smooth and clutches grab nicely. Has a whine at higher speeds, searching the forums it looks like this may be normal. Not pos if it needs anything new or not, but as I said we used it all this past season and its nice and smooth. Put a new motor and trans in this fall and don't need this one. Comes as pictured with damper plate, transmission cooler w/lines and install bolts. Asking 1400.

Is this still available? At the moment, I'm debating between having a shop replace my transmission (1992 SN) vs. doing it myself (with substantial help from a mechanically inclined friend). Thanks, Jim
