i havent recieved this item or heard from the seller. payment was sent 10/6/06 via paypal and since then he has not replied to my emails requesting the status.

i dont know if something has come up...but it has been 20 days no pump and no communication...

Hey man, I just saw this thanks to someone calling to tell me of your post. I sent this 1 day after you sent the paypal funds via ups. I am in Atlanta now, and have been traveling for a while. When I get home I will check the tracking on it, since I do not have the number with me. In the mean time I will get a paypal refund going to you today. All you had to do was email me and I would have responded that way much quicker than on a board that I had not logged onto for most of a month.

I am sorry it went this way, but I was not ripping you off, and a simple email would have got things accomplished much quicker and without trying to make it a public issue.

this was not my intention to make this a public issue.

but i sent payment immediately (have over 250 positive transactions on ebay as buyer and seller ) and i havent received the pump nor heard back from the emails i sent (2-3 emails at least- through here and another to your email) and paypal sent 2 emails..

if you go back and read them, i asked if something had come up (giving you the benefit of the doubt and when it would be shipped)...well after not hearing back after 3 weeks had passed - i posted my experience (cavaet emptor) to make a point and for others

-chris refunded the money as of 10/31/06

I found the problem. Paypal is communicating with an address that I do not actually use. Go figure... Again, I apologize for the confusion and never meant to make you think you were being shafted. Now, I need to get home and see what happened with this pump.
