I have a full interior kit that covers the floor, transom walkthrough, back hatches and swimdeck PLUS a custom exterior kit covering the bow, side and rear gunnels in Grey over Black 7mm thick foam.
This is brand new and unused, received in early May 2023. Selling as I have sold my '08 230.
The Interior kit is 29 pieces (all shown on the proof below), the exterior kit is 11 pieces (once again, all shown onthe proof below).
$1,000 for the entire kit. I'm located in Mooresville, NC (zip= 28117) and can ship if needed.
For shipping quotes, the entire kit is in a box that is 44"h x 30"w x 12"d and weighs 18 lbs.
The interior kit is your standard full coverage kit - This will fit all early 236 / 230s that have the 7 piece swim platform kit. This will also fit the 2nd Gen 230s with the exception of the swim platform, as the 2nd gen 230s have a swim platform different decking pattern.
Inspiration for the rear exterior gunnel portion came from the nonskid pattern of the GS - how you can see the decking exposed on the rear when looking at the boat from behind.
Pictures below show the proofs of what the pieces look like, followed by pictures of the kit on my old boat for reference of how it looks.
Note that on the exterior proof, the rear 4 pieces (2 each side) are shown on the opposite side of the boat as intended. There are cutouts to go around the rear cleat that are oriented with the opening facing the outside of the boat.
