One set for each side. Comes with mounts for either the FCT retangular bar or the lower round section.

Are these adjustable to put a slalom ski in them, how about a wakesurf board? Thank you.

Not for a surfboard. I never tried but a ski may fit.

I also have a listing for a pair of ski racks for sale. Buy these racks and ther ski racks I will give you for free.
